March 13, 2007 - 08:27 PM sandy - anon@castaway2000.org Is anyone watching the new Castaway or switching off as I have? This new one is terrible or is it that it has high expectations to live up to? The presenter is awful and I cant see them exploring the Island as they would end up running into either a holiday maker or the local pub!! I loved the original, it was so raw, naural and you felt that envious that we all wanted to be there . Also the people who took part could have been brothers / sisters or neighbours, you felt that close to them. Castaway 2000 was fantastic and I dont think it will ever be surpassed. Anything else now is a let down. A BIG thank you for not only allowing us into your private lives, the highs and the lows but also to discover a beautiful Island that is part of this Great Country that we live. IP : 81.157.99.112 |
