Julie, , you or Trish, I would like to correspond with you. I know you have to be careful, to make sure I'm not a nut.Fully understand. I'm a single mother and I had always wished that I could of done something like all of the CASTAWAYS did. So I was excited when I heard that bbc. had launched this program. I love all of the programs like 1800's house and so-forth. Anyway would like to correspond with either of you and your experince and the day-to-day life . l. kim

hi everybody , I"M new this forum and just got a computer, so i'm really far behind. but I watched the show faithfully and even taped it. I admire all of the castaways, it took a lot of GUTS to do what you did. I would like to have been on the island with all of you. I'm a single parent and can relate to a lot of the things that happened. The only differnce is I was raised on a farm and live in the country. I would like to know if any of the castaways correspond to this site and how are they doing now, and what new changes have occurred.

Castaway 2000 was the best show that has ever been on TV. I was hooked (and still am - having all the shows on tape stored in my room). Since the programme ended i have made a couple of visits to the island (well to look from the far shore anyway - never stepped foot on the island). Will there ever be a follow up programme like "castaway 2000 5 years on"? certainly an idea!
I hope ron is ok becky, i totally agree with you - EVERYONE STOP BAD MOUTHING HIM!
Well its back to university studies!

Nice to get an update on what has gone on with the "Castaways". My wife and I were devoted to watching the show. As for the web site, spelling and grammer needs a bit of a check dear.
